The recovery clock stops once the customer and recovered vehicle have been delivered to the agreed destination.
The return trip to the recovery service’s normal operating area after delivery is not billed to the customer.

Before scheduling service, we may need to confirm the exact location, access route, current conditions, and whether our personnel, vehicles, and equipment can safely reach the site. Service may be declined, postponed, or rescheduled when conditions or access are considered unsafe, unlawful, or beyond our equipment capabilities.
Basic Recovery Pricing
$150 / HourA 1-hour minimum charge of $150 applies to every recovery dispatch.
Billing begins at the time of dispatch and continues through travel to the recovery location, recovery/extraction, loading or securing the vehicle, and transportation to the agreed delivery location.

Additional charges may apply when specialized equipment, additional personnel, outside towing services, storage, or other third-party services are required.
Whenever reasonably possible, any significant additional expense will be discussed with the customer before it is incurred.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Recovery services are subject to terrain, weather, road and trail accessibility, Forest Service regulations, private-property restrictions, equipment limitations and safety conditions.
Customers should provide the most accurate location possible, including a GPS pin, trail name, forest road number, landmark or other identifying information.
